Dear Community, Join Firefly Hot Yoga Bar for its $5 Yoga for Mental Health!

• When: Every other Sunday at 12 PM (through the end of March)
• Where: Firefly Hot Yoga Barre, 118 S Washington Sq, Lansing, MI 48933
• Cost: $5
• Heat: Room will be set to 95 degrees
• Pre-Registration Required: Space is limited
• Arrive Early: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class as doors will lock at 12 PM and no late entry is allowed.
• Parking: Free at the meters all weekend long.
• Extras: Mat rentals and water are available for $3 each (cash or Venmo only).
