Join Firefly for a FREE Community Gentle Nidra class, designed for all levels to ease you into deep relaxation and stillness. Start with 30 minutes of gentle yoga, moving through seated and mat-based postures to connect your breath with your body, improving relaxation, flexibility, and recovery. Then, experience 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” a deeply relaxing meditation practice suitable for all skill levels. Yoga Nidra soothes the nervous system, releases tension, and promotes inner peace.
