Holding Space

Holding Space is a Restorative Justice series for self-identified Black people seeking community, restoration, and joy. This sacred space will be co-facilitated by Bry Clover and Tashmica Torok on the first Sunday of every month at Firefly Hot Yoga Bar in downtown Lansing.

You are invited to offer your presence in our Circle by silently bearing witness, offering your spoken reflections, or something in between.

Come as you are. Wear what’s comfortable. Bring your fidgets, art projects, and tools for self-soothing like blankets, journals, and pocket-sized mementos. We will provide guidance, light facilitation, and time management so that you can rest and be present.
