Lansing Turkey Trot

Join us for the Lansing Turkey Trot — an annual holiday tradition that draws more than 5,000 participants from across Michigan and beyond!

Start Time: 9:00 AM on Thanksgiving Morning

We’re keeping things easy and enjoyable with an open, flexible start line! You can begin your 5K run or walk anytime between 9:00 and 9:10 AM.

• Faster runners are encouraged to line up toward the front.
• Walkers and families can start further back and move at their own pace.
• The start area is wide and relaxed — no need to rush!

Your timing starts when you cross the mats, so take your time, find your spot, and enjoy the start of this Lansing Thanksgiving morning tradition!
