MLA 2026 Leadership Academy

There is still time to register to become part of 2026’s cohort of library leaders attending Leadership Academy. Space is limited to 30 people and only offered once every two years, so don’t miss your chance to participate! The 2026 cohort will begin in April and conclude at the 2026 MLA Annual Conference. A variety of topics are presented over five in-person days and three Zoom meetings,

Registration includes meals during in-person meetings as well as hotel accommodations. Registration includes a 50% discount on registration to the MLA 2026 Annual Conference October 28-30 at the Vibe Credit Union Showplace in Novi. Member type pricing will apply to the Annual Conference registration.

Tuesday, April 14th is our first meeting, at Lansing Downtown Courtyard, Lansing, from 9:30 AM - 4 PM. Session Includes: Continental breakfast, lunch, overnight accommodations at the Lansing Downtown Courtyard, including a Welcome Reception.

Wednesday, April 15th is from 9 AM - 3 PM. This session Includes: Breakfast and lunch and we’ll be learning about Emotional Intelligence and Agile EQ.
