Our volunteers are the heart of Downtown Lansing. They make their positive mark in Michigan’s Downtown and make the programs and events here possible. This month we are proud to highlight a volunteer who jumped right in as a volunteer, writing content for our monthly e-news, championing events and seasonal programs, and highlighting new businesses and those who had been part of our community for generations. Chioma Lewis serves on our Organization Committee, asking thoughtful questions about various programs and initiatives, and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
