LANSING — Bobcat Bonnie’s will open its first Lansing-area location Thursday in the historic former Clara’s Lansing Station.
The opening was announced Wednesday on the restaurant’s Facebook page.
“This weekend we are open Thursday (4-10 p.m.), Friday (4 p.m.-11 p.m.) and Saturday (4 p.m.-11 p.m.). Sunday we will be taking a break, and then post normal hours shortly after!,” the post said. “Reservation system is being set up and will be available here shortly! Brunch is coming in the next few weeks, as is our lunch menu! So just hang with us for a bit as we finish training and getting ready to roll those two menus out!”
