Downtown Lansing Inc. is pleased to present Bunny Hop on the Square, a new fun-filled event that promises to delight attendees of all ages. On Saturday, April 8 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., attendees will have the chance to hop down Washington Square to collect eggs and goodies from downtown businesses and organizations on the 100-400 blocks of S. Washington Square. The event is sponsored by the Capital City Market. The event is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own baskets to collect eggs and goodies. The Easter Bunny will also be in attendance for free printed photos.
“We are thrilled to bring Bunny Hop on the Square to Lansing this year,” said Jazmin Anderson, Events and Market Manager of Downtown Lansing Inc. “It’s a great way to kick off the Easter weekend and support our local businesses and organizations. In addition to collecting eggs and goodies from downtown businesses, attendees are encouraged to shop, dine, and support the downtown businesses while downtown. “We are proud to support Bunny Hop on the Square and help bring this fun-filled event to the Lansing community” said Keri Tomac, Marketing Manager at Capital City Market. “We look forward to seeing families and friends come together to celebrate the Easter season and enjoy everything that downtown Lansing has to offer.”
