Join us in celebrating Laura Castle of Capital Hippie as she opens her new storefront in Downtown Lansing! Capital Hippie is Lansing’s premier place for handmade tie-dye, artisan jewelry, clothing, shoes and home goods. Laura first brought Capital Hippie to Middle Village Holiday Market in October of 2021. During this time she dazzled Lansing with her unique tie-dye creations as well as her passion for community involvement and downtown Lansing.
In just a few short months Laura has become a critical part of building a post-pandemic downtown, curating a vendor market for this year’s Winterfest and tirelessly promoted all downtown businesses and events. Laura has an endless supply of creative ideas to help downtown grow and thrive.
Downtown Lansing Inc. could not be more thrilled to welcome Laura and Capital Hippie to their new home located at 121 S. Washington Square.
