Arts Impact Project grant winner Alexandra Leonard spearheads creative placemaking project, Shiawassee Street Mosaic Project: a community-driven art installation expected to be completed this summer. Sharing her passion and skill as a ceramics artist, Leonard will lead efforts to install the 600 sq. foot mural and has invited Lansing locals to participate by creating clay tiles of their own which will become part of the mosaic as well.
