Downtown Lansing Inc. has released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking multidisciplinary design professionals to create a signature family of oversized decorative streetscape planters. This project will transform existing concrete planter pads into vibrant public spaces that support seasonal landscaping while creating a distinctive visual identity for downtown.
