Downtown Lansing Inc. is proud to have advocated for, and been awarded, funding from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation to lead a Comprehensive Market Analysis and Priority Planning process for the downtown central business district.
This process will do 3 important things:
1. It will look at where we are an provide critical insight into the types of both residential and commercial development that can thrive in the downtown district._
2. Help us develop a data-driven action plan for how we can turn ideas into reality, bringing residents and a diversified business mix downtown.
3. Outline development plans to transform at least two high priority sites here in downtown.
