Downtown Lansing: Which businesses closed, which ones opened during COVID-19 pandemic

 The COVID-19 pandemic left little unchanged in Michigan and that includes downtown Lansing’s Washington Square.  The downtown corridor saw longtime businesses close their doors, new small businesses set up shop and others grow their Washington Square presence. Cathleen Edgerly, executive director of Downtown Lansing Inc., said as people are coming back downtown, they will notice changes as some businesses have closed.
