LANSING, Mich. (News 10) - Main streets are getting creative this summer in hopes of driving more foot traffic to Mid-Michigan businesses.
From free parking incentives to late-night shopping events, local downtowns are rolling out new programs as warm weather brings open patios and a full calendar of community events.
Downtown Lansing plans after-hours event series
Jenea Markham with Downtown Lansing Inc. said the organization is getting ready to launch a new summertime event called “Downtown After 5.”
