Atrium Building to house a fresh new downtown shopping experience
LANSING, Mich. (April 18, 2024) - Middle Village, a small business retail accelerator program presented by Downtown Lansing Inc. (DLI) and powered by Lake Trust, announces five new businesses participating in its fourth cohort. Middle Village’s 2024 grand opening will be held on Thursday, May 2 at 11 a.m. at its new space located at 215 S. Washington Square in the historic Atrium Building in Downtown Lansing.
Middle Village is a dynamic retail accelerator program that empowers business owners by lowering barriers to entrepreneurship. Located in the historic Atrium Building, the 2000-square-foot space features five micro shops in one shared space that includes a newly added fitting room and individual window displays for each shop.
“Middle Village’s next cohort comes at such an exciting time for our program as we focus on building a new dynamic shopping experience in Downtown Lansing,” said Julie Reinhardt, Director of Downtown Community Development at DLI. “We’ve been able to create an exciting retail space in the historic Atrium Building that positions our participating shops to be a part of the great work happening to diversify business hours and offerings as we transform Michigan’s Downtown.”

- Cocobella Fashion Boutique
- Hoddy Collective
- Ornamaloo
- Sedona Wanderlust, featuring products by Heaven Scent Body Products
Middle Village’s newest cohort brings a fresh and new variety of women’s boutique fashion, custom-made men’s clothing, artisan collectibles and home decor, jewelry and more.
