New Vision Lansing gets $200 million in tax incentives, reimbursements

LANSING — Michigan officials gave a green light Tuesday to the New Vision Lansing project, finalizing more than $200 million in tax and other incentives for the project, which covers the next 30 years.

The New Vision Lansing project is a set of five buildings, including the city’s first skyscraper in generations, adding up to more than 560 apartments along with commercial, retail or office space in every building.
