- Take Up Yoga: Firefly Hot Yoga Barre offers dim lights, amazing music, and no judgment as you work on your fitness goals. The studio is located at 118 S. Washington Square, above Kewpees. Also, Clover Joy Collective, a Black- and woman-owned store for the spiritually curious and a wellness center, recently moved into the same space! A great place to start your wellness journey.

- Explore Vegan Food: Stop into VegHead (located at 208 S. Washington Square) for healthy, plant-based lunch and dinner options.
- Try Some Healthier Options: Get your sushi fix at AnQi Sushi Express, located at 111 E. Allegan St., from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
Learn a New Skill
- Take Woodworking Classes: Tiny Bit of Wood is an environmentally conscious wood art and furniture school and retail store. They have various classes for children and adults! Check them out at 507 E. Shiawassee St., right next door to Sparrow Bloom!
- Perfect Your Cooking and Baking Skills: Sweet Encounters Bakery & Cafe is also your all-in space to learn and develop your cooking and baking skills in 2025. They are located inside the Knapp’s Building at 300 S. Washington Square.
- Take Up Journaling: Dear Ollie & Co. offers great stationery workshops throughout the year. They also have a Monthly Journaling Meet-Up on the first Thursday of every month, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., for a casual after-work journaling session.

- Book a Massage: Book yourself a day of self-care with Element Massage’s friendly staff, who offer a wide spectrum of therapeutic bodywork services. Located in the Atrium Building, 215 S. Washington Sq., Suite A, Lansing, MI 48933, Element Massage offers four therapy rooms, each themed as different biomes using specific lighting, sounds, and decor to give a sense of being out in nature as clients receive top-rated massages.
