During last week’s State of the City address, Lansing Mayor Andy Schor confirmed the conversion of six one-way roads in downtown into two-way streets. Changes to the city’s streets are made possible by a supplemental appropriations bill passed by Legislature and signed by Governor Whitmer back in 2019. Citizens can expect to see changes this on the one-way streets: Capitol Avenue, Grand Avenue, Ottawa Street, Allegan Street, Pine Street and Walnut Street.
