LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - The Lansing Fire Department (LFD) is investigating a local business that caught fire overnight.
Firefighters were called to the ‘Downtown Party Store’ in South Washington around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday. When they arrived, heavy flames were coming from the store’s windows.
At 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, the fire was extinguished.
Investigators estimate the store sustained damages worth around $200,000. No injuries have been reported as of Wednesday morning.
