After relocating from Okemos in 1988, Riverwalk Theatre has been a fixture in the downtown Lansing arts community for 30 years now. Offering modern plays & musicals from its resident acting company, Riverwalk Theatre brings vibrancy and community spirit to Downtown Lansing throughout the year with its transformative local shows. Riverwalk Theatre’s new season is packed with a variety of local shows that promise to entertain and provoke thought. Here’s a look at their 2024-2025 season:

Pulitzer-Prize-winning examination of AIDS in the 1980s by Tony Kushner, directed by Bob Robinson

Have you ever dreamed of being on stage? Riverwalk Theatre is always on the lookout for talented performers to bring their shows to life. Volunteer Opportunities
If being on stage isn’t your thing, don’t worry! Riverwalk Theatre offers plenty of ways to get involved behind the scenes. From working backstage, assisting with costumes or props, to joining the set building and painting crew, there’s a role for everyone. You can also volunteer as an usher or help sell concessions during performances.
