Downtown Lansing Inc. held a State of Downtown, where we proudly announced that we’ll be working with LandUse USA, together with CIB Planning and SmithGroup to ensure we have a realistic plan for what will succeed in Downtown Lansing! We look forward to working with them to help us move from vision to reality through a Comprehensive Market Analysis. This process will do 3 important things:
1.) It will look at where we are an provide critical insight into the types of both residential and commercial development that can thrive in the downtown district.
2.) Help us develop a data-driven action plan for how we can turn ideas into reality, bringing residents and a diversified business mix downtown.
3.) Outline development plans to transform at least two high priority sites here in downtown.
