Lansing lovers of coffee and delicious doughnuts, rejoice because Lansing’s Strange Matter Coffee Co. has announced some big news for 2022. Strange Matter Coffee Co. is going to be expanding both, location and offerings this year.
Strange Matter made its first of two announcements on Sunday, January 2nd. This announcement was in regards to their current Downtown Lansing location (the second location of two…for now). They’re expanding the store into two vacant, adjacent storefronts and they’re also going to be offering more on the menu. Think breakfast, lunch, small dinner plates, and (alcoholic) drinks.
