Volunteer of the Month: Bob Rose Take a walk through Downtown Lansing and we guarantee you will encounter something that Bob Rose has been a part of. Bob is a #LoveLansing resident who spends his time creating new opportunities for artists and residents in Lansing. Bob sits on the Downtown Lansing Inc. Design & Public Spaces board where he brainstorms and implements accessible projects for the Downtown community to work on. He recently helped spearhead an artist attack, bringing together 20 plus local artists to beautify traffic boxes Downtown. Most days you can catch him at the Shiawassee Bridge working on the Shiawassee Street Mosaic Project. He became fast friends with the artist, Alexandra Leonard and the two have been working all year on an amazing art installation, to be revealed Monday, October 3 at 9:45 am. We are proud to have Bob work so with Downtown Lansing Inc. and name him volunteer of the month.
