Since 1923, this family-owned diner has kept its old-school charm alive with antique Kewpie dolls, cozy booths, and recipes that have stood the test of time.
LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)- Lansing Community College is continuing its exhibit honoring the late Malcolm X. The exhibit features Malcolm X as a Black Pioneer from the area, alongside 29 other inaugural trailblazers.
May 19th would have been the 101st birthday of Malcolm X, who spent roughly twelve years of his childhood in the mid-Michigan area.

The Salus Center has served as Lansing’s LGBTQ+ community center since opening in 2017. Located at 408 S. Washington Square in Downtown Lansing, the nonprofit provides peer support groups, community events, volunteer opportunities, and connections to local resources and services.

Two More Restaurants Are Coming to Lansing

LANSING — Paul Gentilozzi parked his vehicle on South Washington Square in front of the Atrium Building on a recent Monday, making his way through the inside of the restored, century-old former theater his company owns.
Donning a hard hat, he exited at the back of the Atrium and walked through a large gate into the bustling construction site for Tower on Grand.

While platforms have changed, the day has been a constant for the past nine years. On Saturday, 517 Day will take over the Lansing Shuffle and Rotary Park in downtown Lansing.
